Project Schedule is an Android app that brings project management and task scheduling to your tablet or phone. With this app, you can create or import business projects and schedule tasks for your daily life.

The paid version of Project Schedule offers several exclusive features, including PDF export of gantt diagrams, task lists, and resource cost and work. Exported excel files also include resource cost data and task duration. In addition, you can synchronize project tasks with your device calendar and manually select the file export location.

Both the paid and free versions of Project Schedule offer a range of features. You can work on multiple projects, view an overview of tasks across all projects that require attention, and choose to view tasks in either a gantt diagram or a simple task list. The app allows you to plan your tasks based on custom calendars and resources, which help you track cost and work for each task, resource, and project. You can also assign contacts to your resources, add project tasks to your device calendar, or use the app's internal notifications.

Project Schedule supports various file formats, including MS Project (.mpp) files for read-only access, MS Excel (.xls) files for both reading and writing, MS Project (.xml) files for reading and writing, and CSV (comma-separated values) files for reading and writing.

The app offers multiple output formats such as PDF documents (exclusive to the paid version) and PNG images. Additionally, there are separately available plugins, such as Project Schedule - CloudSync.
